Participants of the Be an Angel to a Student program must submit a new student photograph every year. Due September 25, 2026 by 5pm.

If you were awarded after September 25, 2026, please upload your photo immediately.

• Photos must be appropriate; preferably in school uniform; include head and shoulders.
• Photos do not have to be professional school photos; you can take them yourself
• Unacceptable photos: group photos, filters, absolutely no “hoodies” or “selfies” or “filters”.
• Student photos must be color; no black and white photos (they do not scan well – too dark)
• Do not email, fax or mail your photo to Futures in Education. Upload to FACTS.
• You have the option to attach the student photo  to the All About Me letter and submit together; if you submit your photo on the All About Me document, then you do not have to resubmit separately.

Instructions:

1. Download the template and take a current photo of your student, preferably in their school uniform.
2. Copy & paste the photo of your student onto the template (or print, secure it to the template and scan).
3. The photo/template must have the student name and Application ID on it so we can identify the student.

5. And then click here to log into your FACTS Financial Aid application:  FACTS Financial Aid.

The document is to be uploaded  to your FACTS financial aid application no later than September 25, 2026. Early submissions are welcomed and encouraged!  Do not email them to Futures in Education; they must be uploaded directly to your financial aid application. Reminders via text, calls and email will be sent until your document is received. Unfortunately,  failure to upload required documents to FACTS will result in removal of the Angel scholarship and the payment to your school will not be released. ¡Fotografia del Estudiante Ángel- Entregela ahora!

Tan pronto como reciba su aviso de premio, suba la foto del estudiante. Entrege la foto del estudiante antes del 25 de septiembre del 2026.

Si recibió la adjudicación después del 25 de septiembre de 2026, por favor cargue la foto de su estudiante inmediatamente. La foto del estudiante ayuda al donante Ángel de su hijo(a) a crear una conexión más personal con el estudiante que apoya y le permite ver cómo crece y progresa de un año a otro.

Por favor, siga estas pautas para la foto del estudiante:

• Las fotos deben ser apropiadas; preferiblemente con el uniforme escolar y mostrando la cabeza y los hombros del estudiante.
• No es necesario que sean fotografías escolares profesionales; puede tomar la foto usted mismo.
• Fotos no aceptables: fotos grupales, selfies, sudaderas con capucha (“hoodies”) o fotos con filtros.
• Las fotos de los estudiantes deben ser a color; no se aceptan fotos en blanco y negro (no se escanean bien y suelen verse demasiado oscuras).
• No envíe su foto por correo electrónico, fax o correo postal a Futures in Education. Debe cargarla directamente en FACTS.
• Tiene la opción de adjuntar la foto del estudiante a la carta “Todo Sobre Mí” y enviarlas juntas. Si incluye la foto en el documento “Todo Sobre Mí”, no es necesario enviarla por separado.

Próximos pasos:

1. Descarga la plantilla
2. Puede tomar una foto de su estudiante y guardarla o puede “copiar y pegar” una foto de su estudiante en la plantilla.
3. De cualquier manera, debemos tener un nombre en la foto/plantilla para que podamos identificar al estudiante.

5. Y luego haga clic aquí para iniciar sesión en su solicitud de ayuda financiera de FACTS: Ayuda Financiera  FACTS.

 El documento debe cargarse en su solicitud de ayuda financiera de FACTS a más tardar el 25 de septiembre de 2026; sin embargo, le recomendamos que lo cargue lo antes posible. Se enviarán recordatorios por mensaje de texto, llamadas y correo electrónico hasta que recibamos su documento. Desafortunadamente, si no se cargan los documentos requeridos en FACTS, se eliminará la beca Ángel y no se entregará el pago a su escuela. Gracias por su continua cooperación.
