Assist Bankruptcy Trustee, on a part time basis, in all phases of bankruptcy proceedings including preparation of claims reports, final orders of distribution, borrowing orders under Section 364, motions approving special counsel, motions to expunge/reduce claims. Appearance at Section 341A Hearings. Handle all aspects of commercial and residential property transactions and financing.
