Louis S. Milo is the President and Founder of Milrose Consultants, Inc. Founded in 1988, the company is headquartered in New York City and specializes in municipal consulting and permitting from Boston to Washington D.C. Under his leadership, the firm has grown into New York’s leader in permit expediting and code consulting. Today, Milrose Consultants Inc. represents the nation’s top financial, real estate and architectural firms. In 1992, Louis founded Metropolitan Archives, a subsidiary of Milrose that provides electronic storage of approved architectural and engineering documents. Prior to this, he served as the Director of Construction for New York City’s Mayor’s Office.
Louis is professionally affiliated with the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) and Corporate Real Estate Executives (CORENET). Over the course of his professional career, his philanthropic efforts in support of education and those in need have resulted in recognition from the Catholic Church, St. Francis Food Pantries, Special Olympics, Tourette Association, Israel Bonds, and James Lenox House and Carnegie East House.
Louis earned his Bachelor and Masters of Arts from St. Johns University in 1982-1983.
